1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering on MSME GLOBAL, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this platform.

2. Eligibility

MSME GLOBAL is open to Indian business owners, professionals and entrepreneurs. You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration.

3. Member Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date profile information
• Not misrepresent your business, qualifications or identity
• Use the platform for genuine business networking only
• Not send unsolicited messages or spam other members
• Respect other members and their information

4. Content Policy

MSME GLOBAL reserves the right to remove any profile, requirement or testimonial that is false, misleading, offensive or in violation of Indian law.

5. Payment & Plans

Paid plans are activated after admin verification. All payments are processed securely via Razorpay. Plan fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in our Refund Policy.

6. Privacy

Your personal information is used solely for platform operations. We do not sell your data. Refer to our Privacy Policy for full details.

7. Termination

MSME GLOBAL may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to jurisdiction of courts in Kolkata, West Bengal.
