Eligible for Refund
- Payment was made but plan was NOT activated within 3 working days
- Technical error caused double payment
- Payment was charged but order failed to create
Not Eligible for Refund
- Plan has already been activated and is in use
- Profile was rejected due to policy violations
- Change of mind after activation
- Partial use of membership period
How to Request a Refund

- Reason for refund request
Refund requests are processed within 5–7 working days. Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method.
