We want you to be fully satisfied with your MSME GLOBAL membership. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a payment.

Eligible for Refund

  • Payment was made but plan was NOT activated within 3 working days
  • Technical error caused double payment
  • Payment was charged but order failed to create

Not Eligible for Refund

  • Plan has already been activated and is in use
  • Profile was rejected due to policy violations
  • Change of mind after activation
  • Partial use of membership period

How to Request a Refund

  • Your registered mobile number
  • Razorpay payment ID
  • Reason for refund request

Refund requests are processed within 5–7 working days. Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method.
