We learned the trade from the ground up picking equipment for servicemen and installers and also repairing damaged garage door openers. In time, I was promoted to my own truck. In the field, I saw how a couple characters at the company were very dishonest and had NO concern for the customer. As time went on, I learned more and more about garage doors, garage door openers and customer service. Eventually, I decided it was time to start my own company where I could insist on the values consistent with how I was raised. I can't explain how it makes me feel when helping people, but I can tell you that I have a passion for it. So, with the help of my wife, Tracy, I started my company in March of 2014. Our company is a success, I believe, because we've never lost sight of the importance of caring for our customer's. Everything else takes care of itself.
