History Established in 1986. Vickie purchased Personal Touch Salon at 106 N. Main St. in Wauconda in 1986, making it Vickie's Personal Touch Ltd. Over the years the salon expanded and outgrew the shop on Main Street. September 2007, less than a mile down the street a new building was designed to fit the needs of Vickie's Personal Touch Ltd. This move has allowed Vickie's to expand and optimize its business as well as enhancing its effectiveness and quality as a full service Salon and Day Spa. Business Owner Over the years Vickie has been a very active member in the community and has had many accomplishments; President of the affiliate #47 Cosmetologist Association & President of the Wauconda Chamber of Commerce. She was the President of the Wauconda Rotary Club, and a member of the Lions Club, Business Exchange, Wauconda Chamber of Commerce Women's Club and a leader for Wauconda High School's Interact Club and a Young Living Essential Oils Distributor. Vickie offers all skin care services, Biopeel treatments, Raindrop Therapies, Aromatherapy treatments, Biopeels, Facials, Foot Reflexology Treatments, and Ionic Foot Bath Treatments. Vickie also offers haircare and waxing services.
